System Center Service Manager (SCSM) is a Service Desk (Help Desk) Solution with an integrated Self Service Portal. SCSM has additional feature of being able to integrate with other Enterprise solutions and the ability to automate the resolution of a number of Service requests. i.e. Password resets.
