Marathon Professional Services is an IT Consultancy working exclusively with IT resellers, manufacturers and distributors across the UK. Due to our continued growth we are looking to recruit an addition support analyst. As a member of our Service Desk Engineer team you’ll participate in a busy environment engaging in resolution of support issues across a variety of technologies including desktop, server and cloud.

To be considered you must have a minimum of 1 year's hands-on experience within a Service Desk environment, a confident and enthusiastic nature, excellent communication and customer service skills, familiarisation with Service Desk software ideally Net Helpdesk and other Service Desk tools and a good working knowledge of at least 2 of the following:

  • Active Directory,
  • Office 365
  • Exchange
  • VMware
  • HyperV
  • backup software
  • AV software
